Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise residential students' daily routines.
- Develop and implement holistic development plans for students and manage training records.
- Plan and organize residential training activities and new projects.
- Assist with departmental procurement and collection of accommodation fees.
- Work overnight shifts as scheduled by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess HKDSE Grade 2 or above in five subjects including Chinese, English, and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in residential care facilities or special school dormitories is preferred.
- First aid training experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with strong teamwork spirit.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Appointment
- Full-time (includes shift work, overnight duties, and weekend/public holiday work)
