Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain academy buildings and facilities.
- Assist with installation and testing of machinery and equipment.
- Procure and manage materials and tools for maintenance work.
- Support routine and emergency maintenance operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete property management training with minimum two years relevant experience, or pass a skills test with equivalent experience.
- Hold an electrical worker license of Grade A or above.
- Read and write Chinese and simple English.
Appointment
- Part-time; shift work including nights, weekends, and public holidays; hours determined by operational needs.
