Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise residential students' daily routines.
- Develop and implement holistic development plans for students and manage training records.
- Plan and organize residential training activities and new projects.
- Assist with departmental procurement and collection of accommodation fees.
- Work night shifts as assigned by the hostel supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Meet one of five education qualification pathways including HKDSE, HKCEE, Applied Education Diploma, recognized certificates/diplomas, or associate degree or higher.
- Prior experience in residential care or special school hostels and/or first aid training preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Good computer skills preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Appointment
- Full-time; requires shift work including night shifts and weekend/public holiday work.
