Vocational Training Council

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide vocational training in gift design, packaging, handicrafts, catering, shop cleaning, and computer applications to center graduates.
Conduct workplace visits to monitor graduates' job performance and maintain their work motivation.
Collaborate with employers to arrange workplace adjustments and support graduate adaptation.
Assist graduates in finding suitable employment opportunities.
Manage on-the-job training at the social enterprise, including product development and production supervision.
Organize career development activities and workshops to enhance graduates' employment prospects.
Inspect facilities and oversee equipment maintenance and procurement.
Assist in managing daily operational records for employment support and on-the-job training services.

Hold an advanced diploma in multimedia design, product design, or equivalent qualification with three or more years of related work or teaching experience.
Speak fluent Cantonese and write in Chinese and English.
Experience in rehabilitation services, outreach work, or teaching people with disabilities is preferred.
Pass a skills assessment test.
