Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain buildings and facilities.
- Assist with installation and testing of machinery and equipment.
- Procure and manage materials and tools for maintenance work.
- Support routine and emergency repair operations.
- Support daily operations and academy events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete property management training with at least two years experience, or pass skills test with equivalent experience.
- Hold Grade A or above electrical worker's license.
- Read and write Chinese and basic English.
Appointment
- Full-time; shift work including nights, weekends, and public holidays; possible reassignment to other locations; Grade 2 Mechanic level.
