Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair and maintain the academy's buildings and facilities.
- Assist in installing and testing machinery and equipment.
- Procure and manage materials and tools for maintenance work.
- Support routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete property management training with at least two years relevant experience, or pass a skills test with equivalent experience.
- Hold an electrical engineer's license Grade A or above.
- Read and write Chinese and basic English.
Appointment
- Part-time — shift work including nights, weekends and public holidays; hours determined by operational needs.
