Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, operate, maintain and service college facilities, equipment, and conduct regular inspections.
- Manage receipt, distribution, procurement, and maintenance records of materials and tools.
- Assist with repair and maintenance work throughout the college.
- Transport equipment and handle waste disposal while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
- Support college activities and exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete accredited training with minimum two years relevant work experience, or pass skills test with equivalent experience.
- Possess knowledge of building maintenance, repair work, and electrical equipment installation and operation.
- Read and write Chinese and basic English.
- Hold a valid Grade A Registered Electrical Worker license (preferred).
