Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ensure quality of curricula and participate in academic reviews.
- Create and update teaching materials to meet professional standards as curriculum director.
- Lead daily department operations including supervision of courses, activities, and student affairs.
- Manage departmental human resources, finances, equipment, and budgets.
- Oversee Chinese training kitchens, monitor food quality, design menus, and support hotel training operations.
- Contribute to departmental strategic development and long-term planning.
- Build relationships with organizations and employers to ensure curriculum meets industry needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a degree in hotel management, food and beverage management, or related field.
- Have five years of senior hotel food and beverage operations management experience.
- Prefer candidates with banquet and large-scale catering event administration experience.
- Speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin with excellent written Chinese ability.
- Possess professional English proficiency in hospitality and hotel industry terminology.
- Be proficient in general computer software applications.
- Pass a skills test.
