Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and ensure quality of curricula and participate in academic reviews.
  • Create and update teaching materials to meet professional standards as curriculum director.
  • Lead daily department operations including supervision of courses, activities, and student affairs.
  • Manage departmental human resources, finances, equipment, and budgets.
  • Oversee Chinese training kitchens, monitor food quality, design menus, and support hotel training operations.
  • Contribute to departmental strategic development and long-term planning.
  • Build relationships with organizations and employers to ensure curriculum meets industry needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in hotel management, food and beverage management, or related field.
  • Have five years of senior hotel food and beverage operations management experience.
  • Prefer candidates with banquet and large-scale catering event administration experience.
  • Speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin with excellent written Chinese ability.
  • Possess professional English proficiency in hospitality and hotel industry terminology.
  • Be proficient in general computer software applications.
  • Pass a skills test.
