Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain the academy's buildings and facilities.
- Assist in installing and testing machinery and equipment.
- Help procure and manage materials and tools for maintenance work.
- Support routine and emergency repair operations.
- Provide support for daily academy operations and events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Complete property management or related training with at least two years of relevant work experience, or pass a skills test with equivalent experience.
- Hold a Grade A or above electrical engineer license.
- Read and write Chinese and simple English.
Appointment
- Full-time — shift work including nights; work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; schedule determined by operational needs.
