Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews related to the research project.
- Assist with data collection including semi-structured interviews with school leaders and teachers.
- Perform thematic analysis on collected data.
- Draft research reports and journal articles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in education or related field.
- Familiarity with civic and national education.
- Experience with semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules.
- Strong capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong education system.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Ability to read traditional Chinese characters.
