Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of a school leadership programme for future-ready schools.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on school leadership and leadership development topics.
- Develop, validate, and carry out research and evaluation studies.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluate project effectiveness.
- Coordinate with project team members to produce learning resources and academic papers.
- Oversee research procedures including study design, protocol development, data collection, and data analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership and Management, Educational Sciences, Organisational Studies, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Have several years of experience conducting research.
- Be able to use statistical programmes for advanced quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
Appointment
- Full-time — 36-month contract with possible renewal subject to performance.
