Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop professional development programmes for kindergarten teachers.
- Engage in school recruitment and retention activities.
- Assist in school assessment processes.
- Perform data analysis, report writing, and dissemination of project findings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Education, Early Childhood, Social Science, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Excellent Cantonese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience running applied or translational projects.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong expertise in quantitative or mixed-method analyses.
- Experience with statistical tools such as R, SPSS, or similar software.
- One to two years of relevant experience preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time; Contract duration: Five years (2022–2027)
