Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop professional development programmes for kindergarten teachers.
- Engage in school recruitment and retention activities.
- Assist in school assessment processes.
- Perform data analysis, report writing, and dissemination activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a doctoral degree in Education, Early Childhood, Social Science, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate excellent Cantonese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Have experience running applied or translational projects.
- Possess strong expertise in quantitative or mixed-method analyses.
- Be proficient with statistical tools such as R, SPSS, or similar software.
- Able to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ideally have one to two years of relevant experience.
Appointment
- Full-time — 5-year contract (2022–2027)
