Duties & Responsibilities

Provide research support to research programs/projects on life and career development for the working class.
Assist in grant applications and write research/project proposals.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and reports.
Collaborate with supervisors, research teams, and postgraduate students.
Present findings at conferences, seminars, and knowledge transfer events.
Perform other research-related duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

PhD in Psychology or related discipline specializing in vocational or occupational areas.
Experience working with adult workers and publication record in the same area (advantageous).
Sound experience with qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies and statistical analysis.
Excellent written English and Chinese; proficiency in spoken Cantonese.
Self-motivated, well-organized, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member under pressure.
