Duties & Responsibilities

Support department capacity-building in creative arts research and enhance academic standing.
Facilitate competitive research grant applications and develop grant bid strategies.
Coordinate peer mentorship programs for early-career researchers.
Document practice-based creative outputs for research assessment purposes.
Organize high-profile research symposia and knowledge exchange activities.
Contribute to student research supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Support teaching activities in the department.

Hold an earned doctoral degree in creative arts, arts education, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate a strong record of scholarship and relevant research outputs.
Possess substantial research experience in the field.
Be proficient in English.
Be self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines.
