Duties & Responsibilities
- Support department capacity-building in creative arts research and enhance academic standing.
- Facilitate competitive research grant applications and develop grant bids.
- Coordinate peer mentorship for early-career researchers.
- Document practice-based creative outputs for research assessment.
- Organize high-profile research symposia.
- Contribute to student research supervision and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess an earned doctoral degree in creative arts, arts education, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong record of scholarship and relevant research outputs.
- Have substantial research experience.
- Be proficient in English.
- Be self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines.
