Duties & Responsibilities

Support research team in planning, conducting, and coordinating project activities on an AI-driven English writing platform.
Design and refine AI-supported ESL writing activities and lesson plans.
Liaise with participating schools and teachers for classroom implementation.
Support literature review, research instrument development, and data collection.
Conduct preliminary quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepare research data.

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, IT, Educational Technology, or related discipline.
Possess strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Have experience in back-end development, API design, database management, and LLM/generative AI integration.
Demonstrate knowledge of prompt engineering, AI system debugging, and responsible AI practices.
Possess good written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
Show strong problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
