Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality research aligned with research priorities of both institutions.
- Support colleagues in research dissemination events.
- Assist colleagues in preparing research reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in social sciences from a recognized university, awarded within the past three years or expected by December 1, 2026.
- Outstanding research performance in an area aligned with both institutions' focus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight schedules and meet project deadlines.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Appointment
- Contract — One year at HKU with potential for a second year at University of Michigan.
