Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary research developing deep learning models for sarcoma diagnosis and prognosis.
- Develop and train deep learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms on histology whole slide images.
- Contribute to research integrating multimodality data including clinical, radiological, and genomics information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, computational biology, or related discipline.
- Possess essential expertise in AI deep learning model development for histology whole slide imaging analysis.
- Demonstrate solid publication record and experience in computer vision or pathology image analysis.
- Be self-driven, highly motivated, and have excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese communication skills.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for one to two years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
