Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in structural biology or virology as a post-doctoral fellow.
- Perform experimental work in cryo-electron tomography, cryo-EM, macromolecule crystallography, or fluorescent microscopy imaging.
- Contribute to understanding RNA virus replication mechanisms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Structural Biology, macromolecule crystallography, cryo-EM, or Virology.
- Exceptional experimental, writing, and communication abilities.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivation, innovation, and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Preference given to candidates with cryo-electron tomography or fluorescent microscopy imaging experience.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — two years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
