Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to research projects on climate policy, economics, and governance.
Design and refine robust research instruments and methodologies.
Coordinate data collection processes and conduct rigorous data analysis.
Support planning and execution of academic and public dissemination events such as seminars and conferences.
Assist in drafting academic papers, policy briefs, and project reports.
Perform other research and administrative duties as assigned.

Ph.D. in Environmental Economics, Public Policy, Geographical Sciences, or closely related discipline.
Minimum one year of relevant post-doctoral or professional experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible work ethic.
Advantageous: Familiarity with local funding systems and experience with educational or environmental research projects.
Preferred: Proficiency in advanced statistical methods and software for quantitative data analysis.

Temporary contract — 1 year with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
