Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to targeted research projects on climate policy, economics, and governance.
Design and develop robust research instruments and methodologies.
Coordinate data collection processes and conduct rigorous data analysis.
Support planning and execution of academic and public dissemination events.
Assist in drafting academic papers, policy briefs, and project reports.
Perform other research and administrative duties as assigned.

Ph.D. in Environmental Economics, Public Policy, Geographical Sciences, or related discipline.
Minimum one year of relevant post-doctoral or professional working experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible work ethic.
Advantageous: familiarity with local funding systems and experience with educational or environmental research projects.
Preferred: proficiency in quantitative data analysis using advanced statistical methods.

Full-time — temporary contract for 1 year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
