Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze bulk RNA-seq and single-cell sequencing data for immunology research.
- Investigate molecular mechanisms of protective immune responses in HIV infection and cancer immunotherapy.
- Develop analytical tools in the field of immunology.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a research team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree, preferably in Bioinformatics or a related discipline.
- High competency in bulk RNA-seq and single-cell data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Preferred experience in immunology, AIDS, or SARS-CoV-2 research.
Appointment
- Full-time — Contract for one or two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
