Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze bulk RNA-seq and single-cell sequencing data for research projects.
- Develop analytical tools in immunology related to HIV infection and cancer immunotherapy.
- Investigate molecular mechanisms of protective immune responses during HIV infection or cancer immunotherapy.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the research team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree, preferably in Bioinformatics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate high competency in bulk RNA-seq and single-cell data analysis.
- Possess work experience in immunology, AIDS, and SARS-CoV-2 (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Appointment
- Full-time — One or two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
