Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct project evaluation activities for a cross-institutional Chinese language learning initiative.
- Liaise with schools, team members, and stakeholders to support the project.
- Draft research reports and scholarly articles based on evaluation findings.
- Assist with administrative and promotional work as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in Education or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese fluency).
- Have 2 to 3 years of post-qualification research experience in qualitative and/or quantitative educational research.
- Show a track record of academic publications.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong's local educational context is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, temporary contract for 2 years with the possibility of renewal.
