Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaborative research on developing deep learning models for diagnosis and prognosis of sarcomas.
- Develop and train deep learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms based on histology whole slide images.
- Contribute to research integrating multimodality data including clinical, radiological images and genomics data.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, computational biology, or related disciplines.
- Possess essential expertise in AI deep learning model development for histology whole slide imaging analysis in computational pathology.
- Demonstrate a solid publication record and experience in computer vision or analysis of pathology images.
- Be self-driven, highly motivated, creative with excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese communication skills.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for one to two years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
