Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on research projects related to children's and adolescents' mathematics and science learning.
- Conduct literature reviews and develop assessment materials.
- Supervise research staff and interns.
- Perform data processing, analysis, and manuscript preparation.
- Liaise with external parties and develop new research initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Developmental/Educational Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong academic publication record in developmental/educational psychology.
- Experience overseeing large-scale research project implementation.
- High-level English writing proficiency for academic and general audiences.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Desirable: knowledge and experience in assessment development.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
