Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-impact research related to family caregivers of older adults in a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage data and perform advanced data analysis using statistical software.
- Mentor junior research staff and liaise with project partners and collaborators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD degree or equivalent in Social Science, Psychology, Public Health, or related disciplines.
- Have at least 2 years of post-bachelor's work experience.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese Chinese.
- Possess advanced knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, R, Stata) and MS Office applications.
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with big data analysis, large research databases, or cost-effectiveness evaluation is advantageous.
Appointment
- One-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
