Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Institute Directors on ESG research and publish findings in academic journals.
- Lead a team of Research Assistants and Research Officers.
- Collect, handle, and analyze data using statistical software.
- Moderate research seminars and manage the Institute's working paper series.
- Organize conferences and participate in Institute activities including readings, lectures, and presentations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Economics, Finance, Environmental Science, Social Science, or ESG-related field completed within the past three years or by summer 2026.
- Demonstrated interest in ESG research.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (written and oral).
- Proficiency in data collection, handling, and analysis using statistical software.
Appointment
- One-year temporary or two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
