Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on quantum transport research in van der Waals-engineered 2D materials.
- Design, optimize, and maintain research instruments, experimental setups, and laboratory facilities.
- Produce high-quality original research and publish in leading peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise, mentor, and train PhD students and research assistants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in experimental condensed matter physics or a closely related discipline.
- At least four years of relevant research experience in nano-fabrication and van der Waals assembly.
- Experience with low-temperature and low-noise electrical measurements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2 years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
