Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze interlinkages, synergies, and trade-offs between wildfire regimes and environmental sustainability at various scales.
- Develop frameworks and indicator systems to evaluate ecological and environmental impacts of wildfires under different climate and policy scenarios.
- Conduct quantitative research on wildfires using advanced modeling, remote sensing, or geospatial techniques.
- Assist the PI with data collection, project management, and grant applications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, Ecology, or related discipline required.
- Strong quantitative background and experience in environmental modeling, geospatial analysis, or data-driven research methodologies.
- Previous experience in wildfire research, climate change impacts, or sustainability assessment highly preferred.

- Contract — 2 to 3 years
