Duties & Responsibilities

Lead research design and execution across five healthcare priority areas using health economic frameworks.
Conduct systematic literature reviews and scoping reviews to benchmark international best practices in health economics.
Design and conduct semi-structured interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders.
Perform gap analyses and develop practical toolkits, guidelines, and policy recommendations.
Supervise Research Assistant(s) in data collection and analysis.
Coordinate with project partners and the Principal Investigator to meet project milestones.
Prepare manuscripts, technical reports, and policy briefs for academic journals and stakeholders.
Present findings at workshops, seminars, and international conferences.

PhD degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
Expertise in health economic evaluation methods including cost-effectiveness analysis and health technology assessment.
Experience in mixed-methods policy research including quantitative and qualitative approaches.
Familiarity with health systems and healthcare decision-making.

Full-time, one-year temporary term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
