Duties & Responsibilities

Lead research design and execution across five priority healthcare areas using health economics frameworks.
Conduct systematic literature reviews and documentary analyses to benchmark international best practices.
Design and conduct semi-structured interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders.
Perform gap analyses and develop practical toolkits, operational guidelines, and policy recommendations.
Supervise Research Assistant(s) in data collection, literature review, and analysis.
Coordinate with project partners and the Principal Investigator to meet project milestones.
Prepare and refine manuscripts, technical reports, guidelines, and policy briefs.
Present findings at workshops, seminars, and conferences.

PhD degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, or related discipline.
Expertise in health economic evaluation methods including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analysis.
Experience in mixed-methods policy research with quantitative and qualitative approaches.
Familiarity with health systems and healthcare decision-making.

Full-time; One-year temporary term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
