Duties & Responsibilities
- Join a multidisciplinary research team studying pre-existing immunity to influenza infection and transmission.
- Conduct research within the Division of Public Health Laboratory Sciences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. or doctoral degree by research in microbiology, immunology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a proven research track record.
- Possess self-motivation, critical thinking skills, and strong communication abilities in spoken and written English.
- Experience with flow cytometry, T cell immunology, serology assays, and BSL2 microbial pathogen handling is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract: one-year or two-year temporary term, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
