Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver collaborative projects on live-attenuated vaccine strategies for influenza and respiratory diseases.
- Focus on either immunology (characterizing immune mechanisms) or molecular virology (vaccine development).
- Work independently and collaboratively within the research team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in biological/medical sciences with experience in B and T cell immunology, virology, or microbiology.
- Proven research track record with strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Prior experience with respiratory viruses, vaccine/drug development, or innate immunity is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time temporary contract for one or two years, with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
