# Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct and support high-quality research in health AI, digital health, clinical informatics, and related areas.
Lead the technical team and provide supervision, guidance, and performance management.
Design, develop, deploy, and evaluate AI-enabled digital health platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
Ensure system security, reliability, performance, scalability, and compliance with data governance requirements.
Collaborate with academic, clinical, technical, and industry partners on translational health AI research.
Translate clinical and research needs into practical technical solutions and implementation plans.
Coordinate technical resources, project timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Present research findings and technical proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
For RAP candidates: develop an independent research agenda and secure external funding.

Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Informatics, or related field.
Strong technical expertise in health AI and digital health development.
Demonstrated interest in developing, evaluating, and translating AI-enabled solutions.
Ability to lead technical teams and manage performance.
For RAP candidates: ability to develop independent research agendas and publish in high-quality venues.

Contract — three-year temporary basis for Post-doctoral Fellow, or three-year fixed-term basis for Research Assistant Professor, with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
