Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on medical image processing algorithms using computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning across CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound modalities.
- Lead independent research projects and collaborate with partner medical institutions to develop, evaluate, and deploy medical imaging algorithms.
- Deliver research outputs including patents, academic papers, and research grant proposals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Computer Science, Image Processing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (for Senior Research Assistant position).
- PhD degree in the above-mentioned areas (for Post-doctoral Fellow position).
- Minimum 3 years of research experience in image processing algorithms with solid foundation in computer vision.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and OpenCV with experience in deep learning model optimization and AI model deployment.
- Preference given to candidates familiar with medical imaging technologies and orthopedic imaging algorithms.
Appointment
- Full-time — 1 to 3 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
