Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on curriculum development and teacher learning for artificial intelligence literacy.
- Design research instruments and manage data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and books.
- Collaborate with project team members to engage schools and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and dissemination support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral or master's degree in Education, Learning Sciences, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate expertise in technology-enhanced learning, learning design, and learning analytics.
- Have knowledge of digital literacy and AI literacy curriculum implementation.
- Possess advanced statistical skills (regression, mediation analysis, multilevel modeling).
- Show proficiency in writing academic and general English and Chinese.
- Have experience managing large datasets and using generative AI tools for research.
