Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of research studies and evaluation frameworks for a mental health and well-being project in primary schools.
- Assist with implementation of research activities and programme evaluation.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting the research-cum-intervention project.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Post-doctoral Fellow applicants: Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- Senior Research Assistant applicants: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' research experience, or research Master's degree plus 1 year's post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, Jamovi, or R), MS Excel, and Chinese typing.
- Experience in community or educational research projects is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Two-year fixed-term contract (Senior Research Assistant) or two-year temporary term (Post-doctoral Fellow), with possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.
