Duties & Responsibilities
- Support research and implementation of a large-scale mental health and well-being project for primary schools in Hong Kong.
- Assist in designing research studies and developing evaluation frameworks.
- Support the implementation of research activities and programme evaluation.
- Perform administrative tasks for the research-cum-intervention project.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Sciences or related discipline (for Post-doctoral Fellow); or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' research experience, or research Master's degree plus 1 year's experience (for Senior Research Assistant).
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, Jamovi, or R), MS Excel, and Chinese typing.
- Experience in community or educational research projects is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time: Two-year fixed-term contract (Senior Research Assistant) or two-year temporary term (Post-doctoral Fellow), with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
