Duties & Responsibilities

Drive research activities toward defined goals and priorities within specified timelines.
Perform advanced-level quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Advance knowledge through data and disseminate findings via peer-reviewed journals.
Draft proposals, reports, and presentations relevant to projects.

Ph.D. in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, Counseling, Public Health, Psychology, or related discipline (Master's degree with 1+ year post-qualification experience considered for Senior Research Assistant role).
Strong self-motivation, responsibility, and work ethics.
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight project deadlines.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to develop coherent research agendas and high-quality scholarly publications.
Proficiency in statistical software packages including R and SPSS.
Prior experience in end-of-life care research is advantageous.

Full-time contract — from as soon as possible until June 30, 2027, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
