Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide research support on projects examining individuals with and without special educational needs and their families.
- Develop assessment measures, collect and analyze data, and write academic articles and reports.
- Supervise research assistants and student helpers conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Present findings in both academic and non-technical formats in English and Chinese.
- Potentially write academic papers, secure research grants, and present at international conferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Doctoral degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Have several years of research experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency with statistical programs for advanced analyses such as regression and ANOVAs.
- Possess leadership qualities and ability to supervise research staff.
