Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement an evidence-based outcome measurement framework using various research methods.
Conduct comprehensive research on project impact, including design, data collection, statistical analysis, and qualitative interpretation.
Contribute to writing project reports and scholarly articles for international publication.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including instructors, researchers, and administrators.
Perform additional duties supporting the project's research objectives.

Substantial experience in educational design, research methodologies, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Strong background in empirical research methods, statistics, and data analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata).
Ability to work independently and contribute to collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English for scholarly publications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to evolving project needs.
Prior experience in action research, longitudinal studies, randomised controlled trials, or youth programs is advantageous.

Full-time contract — one year initial appointment; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
