Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic or targeted literature reviews to synthesize evidence for decision-analytic models.
- Analyze electronic health records and real-world data to generate model inputs using advanced statistical methods.
- Develop, validate, and implement decision-analytic models including Markov models and microsimulation models.
- Conduct cost-effectiveness analyses and engage with stakeholders to support evidence-based healthcare decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD or Doctoral degree in Health Economics or Pharmacoeconomics.
- No more than three years of post-doctoral degree experience.
- Proven ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal Chinese and English.
- Strong proficiency in health economic software (TreeAge Pro, R, Stata, SAS) and manuscript writing.
