Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed research plan for data-driven electrolyte screening, molecular dynamics simulations, and experimental validation.
- Bridge the gap between AI predictions and practical battery performance in lithium batteries for eVTOL applications.
- Design optimized electrolyte formulations meeting high energy density, thermal stability, and fast-charging requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Preferably have research experience in lithium ion batteries or AI for batteries.
- Demonstrate strong passion for fundamental and applied research with practical applications.
- Fluent in English for both writing and verbal communication in research and teaching.
- Possess good time management, responsibility, research ethics, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
Appointment
- Full-time, 3-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
