Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in researching social psychological processes in management contexts.
- Apply social psychology knowledge to explain management-relevant phenomena.
- Conduct work at the intersection of social psychology and management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or equivalent discipline.
- Have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at time of application.
- Possess experience conducting experimental social psychological research.
Appointment
- Full-time — 24 months contract
