Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on knowledge distillation and transfer learning to improve large model training efficiency.
- Assist in general project management and administration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the project leader or Head of Unit.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in Programming or equivalent qualification with no more than five years of post-qualification experience.
- Have experience in large model training, knowledge distillation, efficient deep learning algorithms, or foundation model implementation.
- Demonstrate good English communication skills.
