Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality research on senior mobility, transport equity, and paratransit system optimization.
Lead or participate in transport research projects including design, surveys, data collection, analysis, and modeling.
Collaborate with academic institutions, government agencies, and stakeholders on evidence-based transport planning.
Prepare academic papers, reports, and presentation materials for journals, conferences, and meetings.

Hold a doctoral degree in Transportation Engineering, Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
Have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application.
Possess strong research background in urban transport, accessibility analysis, or elderly mobility.
Demonstrate solid quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning skills.
Show ability to conduct independent research and work in multidisciplinary environments.
