Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in conducting a randomized controlled trial on music-with-movement training for cognitive frailty.
Design, conduct, and manage clinical trials in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain research protocols, standard operating procedures, and ensure ethical/regulatory compliance.
Conduct literature reviews to inform study design and support research activities.
Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and security throughout the research process.
Analyse research data and prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
Present research findings at academic conferences, seminars, and professional forums.
Assist with grant writing and securing research funding for ongoing and future projects.
Mentor and supervise research assistants and junior team members.
Engage with stakeholders to facilitate project progress and knowledge translation.
Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently.

Highly motivated and talented researcher with clinical research experience.
Expertise in gerontology or research related to frailty-related conditions in older adults.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, data management, and research methodology.
