Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in research on ligand-metal secondary interactions and phosphine ligand design.
- Contribute to developing tunable ligands for enhanced catalytic performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Organic Chemistry or related discipline required.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification professional research experience.
- Strong background in transition-metal catalysis.
- Demonstrated experience in asymmetric synthesis/catalysis.
- Proficiency in air-sensitive and moisture-sensitive synthetic techniques, glovebox operation, and Schlenk-line methods.
- Track record of authoring or co-authoring high-impact peer-reviewed publications.
