Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day delivery of funded research studies including pragmatic trials and mixed-methods evaluations.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and documentation for funders and institutional governance.
Support intervention implementation through training materials and fidelity procedures.
Prepare ethics applications and amendments, and liaise with institutional review committees.
Develop study instruments such as questionnaires, interview guides, and data management plans.
Ensure compliance with research governance, data security, and confidentiality requirements.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses including regression, mixed models, and thematic analysis.
Integrate mixed-methods findings to generate implementation-relevant conclusions.
Maintain reproducible analysis workflows and well-documented codebooks.
Engage stakeholders including clinicians, service managers, and community partners for recruitment and implementation.
Lead manuscript preparation and submission to peer-reviewed journals.
Prepare conference abstracts and presentations.
