Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct research on wearable electronic materials and flexible devices for AI-assisted smart fashion design.
Develop functional prototypes integrating conductive materials, sensors, and circuits into textiles and apparel.
Perform physical, chemical, and electrical characterization of new materials and wearable components.
Support development of research outputs including journal articles, patents, reports, and knowledge transfer documents.
Coordinate project activities including lab maintenance, equipment operation, and industry engagement.

Hold a doctoral degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related discipline with no more than five years post-qualification experience.
Demonstrate strong research background in smart textiles, wearable electronics, AI applications, or creative industries.
Possess strong academic writing skills and ability to prepare high-quality research papers and presentations.
Have good communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
