Duties & Responsibilities

Design, coordinate and implement intervention studies including randomised controlled trials and community-based health programmes.
Coordinate implementation and evaluation of health programmes in collaboration with community organisations and healthcare providers.
Develop study protocols, intervention procedures, data collection plans and standard operating procedures.
Oversee participant recruitment, intervention delivery, data collection and research project management.
Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis and interpret study findings.
Prepare manuscripts, conference abstracts and knowledge dissemination materials for publication.
Contribute to research grant applications and development of new research projects.
Supervise research and project staff and liaise with community partners and stakeholders.

Hold a doctoral degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences or related discipline.
Have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at time of application.
Possess research experience in intervention studies, particularly randomised controlled trials and pragmatic trials.
