Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in research on autonomous underwater infrastructure health monitoring technologies for unmanned underwater vehicles.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctoral degree or equivalent with no more than five years of post-qualification experience.
- Academic background and solid knowledge in Automation and Control, Robotics Science and Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Administrative experience managing publications in Automation and Control, and Robotics Science.
- Preferred: Research experience in control science, SLAM, robot dynamics, CNNs or computer science and technology.
- Preferred: Strong background in machine learning and robot navigation.
- Preferred: Ability to publish research findings in high-impact international journals.
